Why should I sign up for the Move-Out Simplified Program?

For a one-time fee, residents can skip the hassle of cleaning and minor wall touch-ups - just pack up and move out with confidence. It’s designed to save time, reduce last-minute stress, and ensure a smoother transition at move-out.

Trash removal, deep cleaning, painting (full or partial), or repairs for unit damage.

Can I sign up if my roommates do not want to?

Yes, a resident living with roommates may sign up even if the others do not. It's important to note that the common area remains a shared space in this situation, and to communicate with your roommates about how the space is expected to be used. Any items not included in the Move-Out Simplified Program option left in the common area will be split equally among all residents.

The Move-Out Simplified Program is a one-time $200 fee that is due with July's rent.
